Ingredients:
Olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, diced
1 bunch fresh broccolini
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large pan, heat olive oil; add garlic and shallots
and cook until lightly browned. Add
broccolini and sauté until it is crisp tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss with lemon zest.
