The Perfect Baked Potato

What you need:
4 medium russet potatoes
Aluminum foil, cut into 4 squares
Butter or margarine, with salt
Salt and pepper, to taste

How to do it:
Preheat oven to 350°. Scrub the potatoes, and then use a fork to poke holes around the potato (to allow steam to escape). Put a tablespoon pat of butter in each square of aluminum foil; put potato on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of each potato; fold aluminum foil over each potato to form a sealed bundle. Place bundles in the oven and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from oven using pot holders, and let cool about 5 minutes before opening. Keep pot holders on when opening the bundles to protect hands from hot steam! Top with additional butter, sour cream, and other favorite toppings to make the perfect baked potato!
